*BASIS FOR DETERMINING MONTHLY RENTAL

The length of the boat (furthest bow overhang to furthest stern overhang), or the length of the berth, whichever is greater, multiplied by the monthly charge per foot.

**PURCHASE OF CURRENT TENANT VESSEL

When a boat is purchased in the marina the new owner has the first right to apply for the berth. If tenancy is accepted the new owner will pay the berth assignment rate (1.5 times the regular rate) for three years or until the new owner is offered a regular berth from the waiting list, whichever comes sooner. The boat may not necessarily be in the same berth as the former tenant. Boats in 35’ berths may be required to upgrade to a 50’ berth until their name comes up on the wait list. 

Commercial fishing vessels are not subject to the berth assignment rate but will be charged at the regular rate. (Current F&G Tags Required)
